Brie-L-P (Our take on a grownup grilled cheese)
A summer twist on a classic sandwich. We’re all about grownup grilled cheese around here, and there are so many ways to do it right! Texas peaches are a summer staple.

INGREDIENTS
- Your bread of choice
- Armagh Creamery Organic Brie
- Bacon, cooked until crispy
- Fresh Peaches
- Arugula
- Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Layer your bread of choice with sliced Doublin’ Down, cooked bacon, thinly sliced peaches and arugula.
- Heat a cast iron skillet to medium heat, add a pat of butter and pan sear each side for about 2-3 minutes until the bread is nice and golden on the edges and the cheese is melted to perfection.
- If you’re feeling really fancy, drizzle some balsamic reduction over those peaches.
- Lunch is served!
