Brie-L-P (Our take on a grownup grilled cheese)

A summer twist on a classic sandwich. We’re all about grownup grilled cheese around here, and there are so many ways to do it right! Texas peaches are a summer staple.

Until your bread is golden brown on each side

TOTAL TIME

Around 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS
  • Your bread of choice
  • Armagh Creamery Organic Brie
  • Bacon, cooked until crispy
  • Fresh Peaches
  • Arugula
  • Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Layer your bread of choice with sliced Doublin’ Down, cooked bacon, thinly sliced peaches and arugula.
  2. Heat a cast iron skillet to medium heat, add a pat of butter and pan sear each side for about 2-3 minutes until the bread is nice and golden on the edges and the cheese is melted to perfection.
  3. If you’re feeling really fancy, drizzle some balsamic reduction over those peaches.
  4. Lunch is served!
